What's the difference between a Task and a Follow-up Action?

Tasks are planned pieces of work assigned to staff.

Follow-up Actions are created because something requires attention, such as a failed compliance check, monitoring issue, or audit finding.

Can tasks be assigned to individuals and groups of people?

Yes. Tasks can be assigned to specific individuals, by role, or by a selection of individuals.
