Can policies be version-controlled?

Yes. Every update creates a new version while maintaining a complete history of previous versions. 

Do staff have to acknowledge updated policies?

Yes. Whenever a new version is published, staff can be required to read and acknowledge it. 

Can I keep historical versions?

Yes. Previous versions remain securely stored for auditing purposes.
